This practice allows you to instantly shift away from the thought streams and direct your focus into Being through Feeling. This practice is not to identify a specific feeling, nor to do something about them, but a practice of letting go and becoming aware of an overall sense of Being.
This level of consciousness (Presence)is relatively rare, and few people are awake at this level. Presence is very different from all previous energy work and practices. In Presence, the sense of being a separate “I” starts to dissipate as the distortions and conditionings of the mind are seen and surrendered gradually.
It is a “Being” consciousness rather than “Doing.” It is the “I AM” -ness, where Being is preferred instead of interacting with energies and objective phenomena. There is a realization that there is no “doer” of activity because, upon a closer look, there is no one here as such. Only the present space is experienced. It was only an assumed identity; all thoughts and emotions are happening by themselves. One realizes that there is no doer, and there is no one that is doing something - it is all happening by itself.
