Energetic Obstacles One of many obstacles to Presence is the continuous engagement with energies and the chakra system, especially for energy-sensitive people. Energy is food for the mind; it gives a sense of excitement, engagement, or overwhelm.
Another distraction is the focus on love & heart that have been cultivated in the past, where a new identity has been created. Thus opening to Presence invites us to give up all previous identities because one realizes that the emptiness and simplicity of Being are more fundamental. You awaken to the recognition that the doer is not needed anymore. It is important to familiarize yourself with the Unknown. Energies free themselves up when you stop focusing all your attention upon them and focus on the Space for the energies instead.
This level of consciousness (Presence) is relatively rare, and few people are awake at this level. Presence is very different from all previous energy work and practices. In Presence, the sense of being a separate “I” starts to dissipate as the distortions and conditionings of the mind are seen and surrendered gradually. It is a “Being” consciousness rather than “Doing.” It is the “I AM” -ness, where Being is preferred instead of interacting with energies and objective phenomena. There is a realization that there is no “doer” of activity because, upon a closer look, there is no one here. Only the present space is experienced. It was only an assumed identity; all thoughts and emotions are happening by themselves. One realizes that there is no doer, and there is no one that is doing something - it is all happening by itself.
What is a Consciousness Transmission? Consciousness is all-pervading and is present in every particle of nature. A teacher is transferring the consciousness-energy towards the lower density of the student, and it activates a higher level of consciousness as well as helps to clear the obstacles. This awakening, activation, and clearing are easily possible through Consciousness Transmission.
