This meditation gently invites you to shift from identifying with thoughts, emotions, sensations, and perceptions into the simple recognition of awareness already present. Instead of becoming absorbed in what arises, you rest as the awareness witnessing it all. As you continue, you may observe how quickly the mind claims experience as “mine” or “me,” creating contraction and identification. By seeing this clearly, identification begins to soften. Experience is no longer perceived as something you own, but as appearances arising within awareness itself.
