Neti Neti & Non-Dual Space Meditation
This meditation practice introduces the "Neti Neti" technique, which means "not this, not that" in Sanskrit. The practice involves becoming aware of thoughts and emotions as they arise, and recognizing that you are not the thoughts or emotions themselves. The goal is to experience a state of openness, lightness, and non-duality, where the sense of "I" or "self" dissolves. The practice involves focusing attention on the space between thoughts and sensations, and aligning with "non-dual space" through the use of a mantra "Neti". By recognizing the surrounding space of nothingness and surrendering to the present moment, one can explore deeper truths beyond distractions and connect with their higher consciousness. This practice leads to a sense of integration and grounding, allowing one to become familiar with the experience of pure awareness or "nothingness."
