From Activities into Being
This meditation and Presence Transmission aims to shift the focus from activities and doing to being and presence. The key aspects of the practice include entering a deep, relaxed state of awareness, recognizing thoughts and activities as passing clouds, familiarizing oneself with the sense of emptiness and spaciousness of one's true nature, allowing the attention to merge with the background of one's being, and recognizing that one's being "already is", without needing any additional activity. This helps to strengthen the sense of being and inform one's engagement with life in a more harmonious and grounded way.
