This meeting creates the necessary atmosphere for the participants to explore the deeper dimensions of meditation, self-inquiry and embodied wisdom teachings in order to experience a higher state of consciousness. This powerful process aims to soften our habit of inner image production that determines how things are. Thus, we will discover that our inner fulfilment does not depend on anything outside of us. It's right here in our deepest, soft, loving, open heart. Once we are able to loosen our identification with outside objects, including our bodies, we get closer and closer to our true essence - Awareness Consciousness that is available to us every moment as the basis of our experience.
