Join us every Tuesday as Lyonne Sundari hosts a one hour practice of Kriya and Pranayama. No prior experience is required. This event takes place Online on Tuesdays at 04:00 PM (GMT+2) Europe/Malta.
About Kriya and Pranayama
Breath is the life force that sustains our life and boosts our immune system. Human body is a physical manifestation of one’s consciousness and in that, primarily, the Central Nervous System (brain and spinal cord) is densely concentrated with abundant consciousness. So all the Pranayama and Kriya practices revolve around CNS with an intention to grow ones awareness towards consciousness.
Kriya and Pranayama practices focus on getting the glowing awareness of main three Nadis (Ida, Pingala & Sushumna) and seven Chakras System, opening them for the free flow of Prana. Kriya and Pranayama are the most important techniques of Kriya Yoga.
