The New Humanity School, Yoga of Now Teacher Training Course (200Hr) invokes the living, most timely teachings of the traditional scriptures: YOGA as UNION in the NOW is being transmitted here with the help of two fully realised teachers. The modular structure of the program is specifically constructed to provide effective tools for the raising of one’s consciousness.  This integrative course focuses on Kriya, Pranayama, Asana, different meditation practices as well as Satsang or “meeting in truth.” Participants gain expertise in transforming, purifying and healing the human energy system by paying specific attention to the nervous system in order to train the body-mind mechanism to anchor more light frequency. ​ Become a fully qualified Yoga of The Now Intentional Teacher recognised by Yoga Alliance. About Rishikesh, India 

The city of Rishikesh in India is another one of our preferred geographic locations. It is located at the foothills of the Himalayas and the Ganges, one of the most sacred rivers to Hindus, flows through the city. Rishikesh has been nicknamed "Yoga Capital of the World,” hosting the annual International Yoga Festival since 1989. This place allows you to explore the spiritual history of India as it had been a place of religious pilgrimage for rishis and yogis.  

The energy and essence of the city is very unique, it is believed that meditation at this place leads to attainment of salvation for it holds a high dimensional vibration. If we calibrate the Level of Consciousness of Rishikesh, it calibrates around 850 (LOC) which is the equivalent of Divine Love Union. It is due to the fact that the riverbed of the Ganges contains a high percentage of Himalayan quartz crystals and the water itself amplifies their effect.
