This meeting creates the necessary atmosphere for the participants to explore the deeper dimensions of meditation, self-inquiry and embodied wisdom teachings to experience a higher state of consciousness. This powerful process aims to soften our habit of inner image production that determines how things are. Thus, we will discover that our inner fulfillment does not depend on anything outside of us. It's right here in our deepest, soft, loving, open heart. Once we can loosen our identification with outside objects, including our bodies, we get closer and closer to our true essence - Awareness Consciousness that is available to us every moment as the basis of our experience.
