This meditation helps your soul and energy to align with and open to the light of divine truth, drawing that truth closer - revealed in you, as you. You’re invited to relax and notice any subtle “squeezes” or tension arising from the sense of “I”. These sensations reflect underlying attention or discomfort, and you’re guided to let the “I” gently soften into openness and clarity. Your awareness is then directed to the right side of the heart, where tension may remain. You’re encouraged to allow this area to melt and ease. Gradually, you begin to attune to a state of translucency, clarity, and openness, accompanied by a golden, whitish light. As this divine light pierces through, it supports the integration of soul and energy, helping you embody higher consciousness more fully within the physical body.
